WELCOME TO SUÐURNES GOLF CLUB

Suðurnes Golf Club was established in 1964 and is located by the sea side, only 5 minutes from the international airport. We are proud of our beautiful 18-hole golf course Hólmsvöllur that offers players a challenging round of golf surrounded by all the beauty Iceland has to offer, gorgeous landscape and incredible views over Faxaflói Bay. Hólmsvöllur is a challenge for all golfers at any level of handicap. The signature par 3 hole Bergvík is one of the most famous golf holes in Iceland whereas the ball has to fly from the back tee nearly 200 yards over the sea to land on the green.

We offer both club and car rentals and our restaurant Leirukaffi is the ideal place to visit after you have mastered Hólmsvöllur.
